The Charter of the Foundation calls for an Advisory Council of academics and other professionals who enjoy high reputation in the fields of intercultural education and international youth exchanges. Their role is to assist the Board of Directors in setting up the programme of the Foundation. They are appointed by the Board for a period of five years.
