The project of the Observatory on internazionalisation of Italian schools and pupil mobility, was launched in September 2009. The website www.scuolerinternazionali.org collects all the information related to the Observatory and it is a useful platform for the schools interested in promoting international activities. The 2011 survey was conducted by IPSOS in the months of March and April in cooperation with the Regional Offices of the Ministry of Education, and is focused on teachers’ and Principals’ attitudes toward international projects. Results are published on the Observatory web site,

The Observatory, in order to support the schools involved in youth mobility programmes, will continue to provide training sessions for secondary school teachers and headmasters.
